The Ontario Health Promotion E-mail Bulletin (OHPE) is a weekly newsletter produced by the Ontario Prevention Clearinghouse and The Health Communication Unit that provides information on workshops, conferences, job postings, projects, issues and resources. They need to migrate away from an outdated Cold Fusion web application to better support their subscriber base of almost 5,000.
